4. Scheduling and Cancellations
Service appointments are scheduled based on mutual agreement. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide reasonable notice.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing safe access to properties, notifying us of any hazards or special conditions, securing valuables, and ensuring pets are secured during service. Any instructions or preferences should be communicated in advance of scheduled services.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-clean at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the specific areas or items identified as unsatisfactory.
7. Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your property, our liability for any damage is limited to the cost of the service provided. We maintain general liability insurance. Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
