Requirements
- 2+ years cleaning industry experience
- Leadership and team management skills
- Quality-focused mindset
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Operations Coordinator
Support daily operations including scheduling, crew assignment, quality tracking, and client communication. This role is critical to our service delivery and operational reliability.
